Ruby Galarza, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Thank you for taking the time to get to know me. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience counseling services.
The one thing I have found that ties each of us together is the innate desire to progress and better ourselves. In life there will be specific circumstances, life transitions, relationship dynamics and/or traumas that may require us to seek out support and understanding. I have dedicated my professional career in trying to do just that for my clients and their families. Therapy can be an intimidating venture, therefore I have built my profession in creating an environment that makes my clients feel comfortable and safe. I use an eclectic approach in deciding techniques and/or therapy styles to utilize in session. I have learned that therapy has to be as unique as the individuals/couples/families I treat.
Training and Experience:
My work experience consists of delivering mental health services to teens and adults 18 and over. In the last 15 years I have had the opportunity to provide services to individuals, couples and families with a wide range of situations/issues.
I am trained in Gottman Couples therapy which is a research-based couples therapy. I have experience counseling people of all ages and walks of life and
I am trained to work with a variety of populations and age groups.

Daniel Galarza, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and also have over 20 years of working in mental health and counseling services. I provide counseling services in Spanish and English.
I believe that we all go through major transitions in life which affect us in ways we don't always understand. Taking time to evaluate how these events are affecting our behavior is sometimes the key to understanding ourselves and others. When we know why things are happening we have the power to control its outcome. My goal is simple, to help people find their path to true happiness.
Training and Experience:
I have a degree in Psychology and and Master's in Social Work. My work focuses on helping people develop healthy relationships. I have additional training in couples counseling, mood disorders, individual and family therapy, life transitions, grief, chronic illness, and geriatrics. My experience is in working with people of many life circumstances. I love helping people dealing with relationship struggles. I believe that in most cases relationships are at the heart of people's distress.
